Traveling Exhibit

A selection of fifty-three beautiful nature photographs will be on display at the George Washington University campus in Ashburn. The address is Innovation Hall, 45085 University Drive,  Ashburn, VA 20147  The exhibit is free and open to the public.  It includes photos by Loudoun Photography Club members Charlotte Arnold, Geff Bourke, Jonathan Fabich, Bob Hayward, Art Hughes, Ross Konigsburg, Michelle Moomey and Carol Tharp.

The fifty-three images form a traveling exhibit of the very best photos selected from over 750 entries by Northern Virginia photographers for the 2012 Nature Visions Photo Expo.  Since 2002, members of the Reston Photographic Society and five other area clubs have organized this annual Expo.  Today it includes a full-day seminar by a nationally-known photographer, over twenty more lectures and workshops, and a marketplace of thirty vendors of equipment, instruction and more.  The centerpiece is an exhibition of approximately 300 juried nature images by members of six clubs: the Loudoun Photographic Society, the Manassas-Warrenton Camera Club, the McLean Photo Club, the Northern Virginia Photographic Society, the Reston Photographic Society and the Vienna Photographic Society.
