Each year we provide an opportunity for your company to have an additional outlet for promotion. Listed below are the different sponsorship levels that we offer and the details for each level. Once you have made your decision please fill out the sponsorship form and send it in with your check. If we receive your sponsorship after August 1^st we cannot guarantee that we will be able to promote your organization in all of our promotional material.

Sponsorship Levels

Platinum ($2500+)

Full page on the Nature Visions website in which you can promote your company and products with a link back to your company website.
One free vendor table to promote your products and or services; a savings of up to $700. (If tables are still available)
On screen presentation of your logo and or company ad before and after each speaker, as well as verbal mention of your company name before our keynote speaker begins their presentation.
Mention of your company and level of sponsorship in our brochure which is passed out to participants during check in.
Placement of your logo on our front page of the Nature Visions Website.
Four Tickets to our keynote speaker.
Inclusion of your company logo on posters that will be hung in various businesses around the Northern Virginia area.

Gold ($1000 – $2499)

On screen presentation of your logo and or company ad before and after each speaker, as well as verbal mention of your company name before our keynote speaker begins their presentation.
Mention of your company and level of sponsorship in our brochure which is passed out to participants during check-in.
Half page on the Nature Visions website in which you can promote your company and products with a link back to your company website.
Savings of $300 off one vendor table.
Placement of your logo on our front page of the Nature Visions Website.
Two Tickets to our keynote speaker.
Inclusion of your company logo on posters that will be hung in various businesses around the Northern Virginia area.

Silver ($500 – $999)

Mention of your company and level of sponsorship in our brochure which is passed out to participants during check- in.
Savings of $150 off one vendor table.
Placement of your logo on our front page of the Nature Visions Website with a link back to your company’s website.
Two Tickets to our keynote speaker.
Inclusion of your company logo on posters that will be hung in various businesses around the Northern Virginia area.

Bronze ($250 – $499)

Mention of your company and level of sponsorship in our brochure which is passed out to participants during check-in.
